Even though I am a one man shop I am always treated with respect by who ever answers the phone at Ink Mill Corporation be it Steve, Adam, Chuck or your polite secretary. You are always ready to assist. After trying your Eco Solvent Ink I was surprised that your ink adhered so well to the vinyl even without heaters. I have yet to notice a difference with or without heat on. You do a fabulous job making inks that I used and I can now control the high cost of printing.
